Programming is tailored to your experience level, goals, equipment access, and movement history. You'll receive a clear, intentional plan focused on building strength that protects your body, not breaks it down.

Whats included:

  • progressions and updates

  • bi-weekly check-in

This option does not include nutrition coaching and is not appropriate for beginners.

This is designed for women who are (unfortunately) no stranger to bloating, inconsistent digestion, or low energy and want nutrition guidance that complements an active and lifestyle.

Coaching is plant-forward and whole-food focused, with an emphasis on gut health, digestion, and fueling training and an active lifestyle appropriately. This is not macro coaching or rigid meal planning, this is about learning how to eat in a way that feels supportive, flexible, and sustainable.

Ideal for women who want to improve how they feel without the total elimination and dietary extremes.

Includes:

  • nutrition guidance and education

  • gut-health focused adjustments

  • on-going support through messaging (questions, updates, etc.) and a once weekly call

Recommended length: 1-3 months of coaching; this will be discussed in first meeting.
