This is designed for women who are (unfortunately) no stranger to bloating, inconsistent digestion, or low energy and want nutrition guidance that complements an active and lifestyle.
Coaching is plant-forward and whole-food focused, with an emphasis on gut health, digestion, and fueling training and an active lifestyle appropriately. This is not macro coaching or rigid meal planning, this is about learning how to eat in a way that feels supportive, flexible, and sustainable.
Ideal for women who want to improve how they feel without the total elimination and dietary extremes.

This session is a deep-dive into your current routine, challenges, goals, and history, with a longevity-focused roadmap you can implement right away.
