The 1:1 Longevity Coaching program combines personalized strength and mobility programming with plant-forward nutrition coaching built around gut health, sustainable energy, and how you actually fuel your body; not a generic plan, but one that adapts to your training, stress, digestion, and recovery in real time.
This is for women with training experience who are ready to stop guessing and start building a body that performs well for decades.
What's included:
Personalized strength and mobility programming

Weekly 1:1 check-in calls (20–30 min)
Ongoing programming and nutrition adjustments
Direct support and education between sessions
Investment: $550/mo 3-month minimum, month-to-month after
Please note: This service is billed monthly. A 3-month minimum commitment is required — you're not charged upfront for the full term, just month by month as we work together.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel before your program start date, cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your start date are non-refundable. Your start date is confirmed upon receipt of your first monthly payment.
1:1 Longevity Coaching
A beginners 3-month minimum commitment is required for the 1:1 Longevity Coaching program. Cancellations requested within 7 days of the start date will receive a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Following the initial 3-month commitment, month-to-month continuation requires 30 days written notice to cancel.
Gut Health Focused Nutrition Coaching
30 days written notice required to cancel. Payments are non-refundable but you will retain access through the end of your paid period (i.e. coaching, calls, messaging).
Strategy Call
Non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled call. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Rescheduling is available with more than 24 hours notice, one time per booking. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
Please Note: The $150 credit toward coaching is only valid following a completed session and cannot be applied if the session is cancelled or forfeited.

Nutrition coaching built around a plant-forward, whole-food approach with a real emphasis on gut health, digestion, and fueling your training in a way that actually supports your body. This isn't macro counting or rigid meal planning. It's learning how to eat in a way that feels flexible, sustainable, and genuinely good.
Ideal for active women who are done with elimination diets, yo-yo diets, and dietary extremes and just want to feel better consistently.

We look at your current routine, your history, your challenges, and your goals; you’ll leave with a longevity-focused roadmap you can start using right away.
Perfect if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want an expert set of eyes on where you are and where you're headed.
Some women book this once and have everything they need. Others use it as a starting point for ongoing coaching. Either way, you leave with clarity.
