Meet Meg
Hi, I’m Meg!
I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach specializing in strength training, mobility, and plant-forward nutrition to support gut health and long-term health span in women. My work is grounded in the belief that how you move, and how you fuel should support your life, not dominate it.
My approach comes from years of working with women who didn’t prioritize strength and mobility early on and are now paying the price (osteoporosis, poor balance, sarcopenia, cognitive decline, and more).
I have seen firsthand how powerful it is to invest in your body before pain, creaks, stiffness and limitations become the norm. This is what I strive to achieve for myself and my clients.
Before coaching, I majored in dance, which shaped how I think about movement, body awareness, and longevity. Outside of training, I run a flower farm (@GreenRiverRoots), and I absolutely love to cook, bake, and experiment with new recipes, as well as hike with my dog and participate in races.
I’ve also navigated my own gut health challenges, which deepened my understanding of how nutrition impacts energy, digestion, hormones and training.
My motto is simple: Train for life, not aesthetics.
This allows us to stay strong, independent, and functioning at a high level for decades to come.
